B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Spanish & English) – Hybrid | Sofia

We are hiring aB2B Digital Sales Specialist withnative-level Spanish and strongcold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team based in Sofia.

This is afull-time hybrid position (office + remote) in a dynamic digital advertising environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
• Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
• Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets

Requirements

• Native-level Spanish (mandatory)
• Fluent English
• Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
• Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and results-driven mindset

What We Offer

• Full-time contract , Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
• Hybrid role based in Sofia
• Gross monthly salary: 3,267 BGN
• Quarterly performance bonus up to 2,000 BGN
