Scalapay- is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive the B2B self-service pipeline in Italy. You will oversee B2B paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, manage HubSpot workflows, and collaborate with the Product team to optimize the onboarding process. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of growth marketing experience, proficiency in CRM systems especially HubSpot, and are data-driven problem solvers. Strong English and Italian skills are essential.
