The company has a vast range of surveillance solutions catering to SMB and Enterprise needs, distributed via an extensive global partner network.Role OverviewThe B2B Sales Account is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients (corporate, resellers, system integrators, regional ISP), identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to post-sales account management.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within assigned areas.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and resolve any issues and problems faced by customers dealing with complaints to maintain trust.Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals, involving internal stakeholders.Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.Prepare commercial proposals and quotations for business solutions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience in B2B/ICT sales and account management.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Results-oriented mindset with a strong commercial focus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in Italian; English required as an additional language.Key CompetenciesCustomer focusBusiness developmentStrategic thinkingProblem-solvingSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyRelationship managementNegotiation and influencing skillsTeam collaborationReporting LineReports to the Head of Business Italy.BenefitsWe provide comprehensive benefits including a company car, health insurance, ticket restaurants, welfare plan, and company credit card.Equal Opportunity EmployerD-Link Mediterraneo Srl is an equal opportunity employer.
