Accelerate is expanding. And we want you to be a key player in our expansion. We specialise in partnering with top Finance and Legal businesses to provide them a tailored recruitment service. As we are building new client partnerships and moving across borders, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to make an impact in the organisation and develop a strong career in sales.

What you’ll bring to exceed in this role:

  • 1–5 years of sales experience – Whether from B2C or B2B environments, including roles such as SDR, BDR, or sales in insurance, finance, or similar sectors
  • A strong track record of hitting targets and KPIs – You’re motivated by results, and every goal you achieve moves you closer to your next career step
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – You know how to build trust, engage prospects, and turn conversations into client meetings
  • Comfort with cold calling – You’ve faced the uncomfortable and know how to turn outreach into opportunity
