Pool Attendants (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Ensures day‑to‑day safety at the swimming pool and wellness areas
• Cleans the pool and measures the water values as required by pool hygiene regulations
• Is responsible for supervising pool areas and slides
• Provides first aid
• Is the contact person for bathers and works together with the spa reception

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of work experience as a pool supervisor or in a comparable position
• Completed training for pool facilities or has a lifeguard certification
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are desirable
• Additional qualifications in the wellness field
• Strong service and quality orientation
• Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
• A can‑do attitude, hands‑on mentality, and strong solution orientation
• Team player

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
