About the role
Corporate Banking Intern – Milan, 6‑month internship beginning July or August 2026. Join the Corporate Banking team and learn about capital structure, liability management, liquidity and funding strategies, risk management and investment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis
- Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis
- Liaise with product partners
- Assist in the presentation and development of new ideas to clients
- Participate in live deal structuring
Qualifications
- Available to start from July 2026 or August 2026
- Strong academic record
- Currently enrolled in a university that can provide an internship agreement
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills, balance‑sheet knowledge, and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment
- Genuine interest in the corporate finance business and curiosity to learn more

- Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape (a plus, but not required)
