BARTENDER - BASTA ÖSTERSUND
Basta is a casual dining restaurant brand that offers great guest experiences in beautifully designed places. Inspired by the narrow streets of Amalfi and the north of Milano, we take pride in our generous food and authentic Italian hospitality. The concept is part of Urban Italian Group (UIG) and we are a family of 450 people who keep growing, serving over 4,000 guests daily across our 15 trattorias.
About You and the Role We are looking for a passionate and charming bartender with previous experience in a cocktail bar or full a la carte restaurant. Experience in mixology and wine knowledge is a plus.
You will be working in a very busy environment serving lots of cocktails.
You will be responsible for the preparation of drink components including clarification, carbonization, infusions and more.
You will greet guests with a smile and chat at the bar to make them feel instantly welcomed.
You will pour each drink to perfection and remember to replace the last bottle in the fridge.
