In this BoD Leader – EMEA role, you will shape project specifications at the earliest design stage and establish Johnson Controls solutions as the preferred standard across HVAC, Fire, Security, and BMS. You will build and lead a regional BoD engineering team, serving as the key link between consultants, design engineers, and commercial teams to turn early technical influence into a robust pipeline. The position offers regional leadership visibility and a chance to define a new function from the ground up.

You drive cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate design‑stage wins into orders and influence product roadmaps.

Responsabilità

• Engineering background with exposure to design‑stage influence and specification processes
• 10–15+ years in building systems or related industries
• Proven experience working with consultants and in design/specification environments
• Leadership experience in international or multi‑country settings
• Strong technical credibility combined with commercial and pipeline awareness
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive solutions into projects early
• Structured, process‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset
