Beach Operation Manager

On behalf of our strategic partner, we are seeking an experienced Beach Operations Manager to lead and manage all operational aspects of a beach venue in Muğla / Bodrum .
This role requires a strong on-site leader with deep experience in beach club, hospitality, or resort operations , capable of managing high-volume seasonal operations while maintaining exceptional guest experience, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day beach operations including guest flow, service quality, and on-site logistics
- Oversee and coordinate beach, service, bar, and operational teams to ensure seamless daily operations
- Ensure service standards, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures are consistently met
- Monitor operational KPIs such as guest satisfaction, service speed, staff performance, and cost control
- Manage staffing schedules, shift planning, and on-site team performance
- Handle operational challenges proactively, ensuring a high-end guest experience at all times
- Work closely with senior management on reporting, planning, and operational improvements
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency during peak season
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in beach club, hospitality, resort, or similar high-volume operations
- Proven background in managing on-site teams and seasonal operations
- Strong understanding of service excellence and guest experience management
- Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and operational performance management
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and seasonal environment
