As a Beauty Advisor, and a valued member of the Novara team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
