Beauty Advisor - Rende

About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor and valued member of the Rende team, you will excel in this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: making them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on their profiles.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating, and crediting the team and individuals for successes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
• Empathy and dynamism.

• Aptitude for teamwork.
