Sephora is seeking a Category Specialist for the Offer Department in Milan to shape category strategies and drive growth through data-driven insights. You will tailor assortments, negotiate supplier partnerships and coordinate launches and budgets to meet turnover and margin objectives.
You will work with Sales, Merchandising, Trade Marketing and Finance to execute the annual plan and stay ahead of beauty trends in a dynamic, inclusive culture.
