We are a renowned hospitality group managing two prestigious 4-star hotels in the heart of Florence. Our first hotel, opened in 2017, has earned a solid reputation for service excellence and outstanding guest satisfaction.

We are now preparing to open our second property, which will feature a brand-new, high-end SPA, set to become a benchmark for wellness in the historic center of Florence.

To lead this exciting launch and ensure the highest standards from day one, we are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team as a Beauty Therapist .

Role Objective

The Beauty Therapist is a passionate professional dedicated to holistic wellness, with specialized skills in skincare. This role involves performing a variety of beauty and wellness treatments with precision and care, in full compliance with established protocols. The goal is to deliver an excellent experience for both Italian and international guests. The therapist is also able to recommend the most suitable treatments and retail products for each guest’s individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform face and body treatments such as facials, hair removal, manicures, pedicures, basic and relaxing massages, and specialized therapies.
• Fully understand the protocols and quality standards of all treatments offered.
• Welcome and assist guests with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the SPA team to ensure service quality and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in treatment rooms and workspaces.
• Take care of uniforms, tools, and the general condition of the work environment.
• Promote SPA services and cosmetic products to enhance the guest experience according to individual needs.
• Manage appointments and client data using the management software (initial training provided if needed).
• Report to and coordinate daily tasks with the SPA Coordinator and Senior Beauty Therapist, following all given operational guidelines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Professional esthetics diploma (preferably with third-year certification).
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level or above) to communicate effectively with international clients.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in beauty salons, SPAs, or wellness centers.

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills.
• Strong sense of hygiene, order, and attention to detail.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to attend training and refresher courses.
• Flexibility and availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
