BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

You will promote the Zegna Brand and drive the growth of the Zegna Bespoke business, focusing on turnover, brand image, and future development.

In this role, you will:

Bespoke Promotion

• Actively promote Bespoke products and services.
• Manage VIP clients with tailored activities, including on-site measurements.
• Deliver technical Bespoke training for Sales Associates.

Budget and Analysis

• Define and oversee budget and forecasting plans.
• Analyze and monitor Bespoke sales data.
• Conduct detailed reporting after trips, appointments, and seasons.
• Recommend strategies for business improvement.

Other Activities

• Prepare customized presentations.
• Maintain communication with Customer Service.
• Collaborate with Ambassadors, Promoters, and Guest Experience teams.
• Work closely with the atelier and tailoring team.
• Provide general office support, such as preparing model charts.

We seek someone with:

• 8+ years experience with final customers
• Proven results track record
• University degree or equivalent
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
• Willingness to travel 50%
• Selling and client development skills
• Sensitivity to luxury products
• Skills in developing tailor-made garments from measurements
• Results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and influencing skills
