With huge change comes huge opportunity. Wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endless directions.

Your day To Day

We are a multinational company accelerating our data‑driven transformation. The Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics team turns performance & consumer data into actionable insights and scalable data products. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will shape meaningful Power BI reporting, collaborate on data models across our Data Lake, and build consumer‑focused analytics and ML use cases—leveraging Python and Amazon SageMaker.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and iterate Power BI dashboards and models (DAX, performance tuning, RLS), driving adoption and data storytelling for business users.
  • Translate marketing/CRM questions into clear analyses (funnels, LTV, campaign lift, A/B tests) and turn insights into decisions.
  • Develop and productionize pragmatic ML solutions (segmentation, propensity, churn/retention, next‑best‑action) using Python and preferably SageMaker; monitor model performance and drift.
  • Manage a balanced backlog, clarify requirements, prioritize deliveries, and communicate results to Marketing/CRM, Sales, and CX.
  • Work with data/platform teams to integrate consumer data into the Enterprise data platform; define logical/semantic models, ensure data quality, lineage, and governance.
  • Follow data governance, security, and privacy (GDPR) guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years in BI/Analytics roles on consumer data in complex or multinational environments.
  • Advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization; publishing and governance in Power BI Service).
  • Experience with Data Lake architectures (AWS preferred; Snowflake/Databricks or equivalents a plus).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM data model and integrations with BI.
  • Python for data prep and ML (pandas, scikit‑learn; PySpark a plus) and familiarity with Amazon SageMaker or equivalent ML platforms.
  • Strong SQL; version control (Git).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel; PowerPoint for executive storytelling).
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.

Nice to Have

  • A/B testing and experimentation frameworks; causal inference exposure.
  • MLOps practices (pipelines, feature store, monitoring) and CI/CD for analytics.
  • Experience with data science platforms or workflow orchestration (Airflow, Step Functions).
  • Product thinking for data products (adoption, reliability, time‑to‑value).
  • Strong data‑viz UX sensibility and usage metrics tracking.
