Scalapay is seeking a full-time Payment Support Agent fluent in Italian and Spanish to join our team in Milan. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as the agent will manage customer interactions across Europe. The position offers a hybrid work model, with a gross annual salary ranging from 24,000 to 25,000 euros, and standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
