BIM Coordinator

Support the Layout & Piping Engineering Manager by developing and implementing BIM standards, protocols, and workflows:

1. Ensuring BIM rules are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Leading BIM meetings and training sessions for colleagues.
3. Assisting Layout & Piping Engineers with subcontractor models and data exchanges.
4. Maintaining systematic storage of project information.
5. Conducting regular quality control audits on BIM models and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Technical diploma or degree. BIM Certification in Italy is an advantage.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in plant energy, oil & gas, or comparable environments.
3. Proficient in BIM coordination platforms and tools such as Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
4. Familiar with key BIM standards including ISO 19650 series, BS 1192, PAS 1192 series, Italian BIM standards UNI 11337 (parts 1 to 7), buildingSMART standards, and COBie.
5. Fluent in English and Italian.
6. Strong presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
