We're looking for Biology & Chemistry tutors for IMAT preparation — online
— Average Salary: €45/hour (fully remote)
At Med Pro Academy Srl, we help aspiring medical students ace the IMAT (International Medical Admissions Test) and secure their place in English-taught medicine programs across Italy. Our students come from all over the world, and our results speak for themselves.
We're expanding our team and looking for passionate, knowledgeable tutors in Biology and/or Chemistry to join us for the 2026 IMAT season.
What you'll do
— Teach one-on-one or small group sessions covering IMAT Biology and Chemistry topics (cell biology, genetics, organic chemistry, thermodynamics, and more)
— Run mock exam sessions using real IMAT-style questions (Cambridge Assessment format)
— Provide structured, personalized feedback to track student progress
— Develop or adapt teaching materials in English
✅ Requirements
— Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, or a related field
— Strong English proficiency (C1 minimum — all sessions are in English)
— Solid understanding of the IMAT syllabus and exam format
— At least 5 years of teaching experience
— Previous experience tutoring for the IMAT or similar admissions tests

— Experience with international students
— Italian Fluency (b2)
What we offer
— Freelance collaboration, fully remote
— Flexible scheduling
— Base salary: €35/hour
— Bonus salary: €5/hour to €15/hour based on students surveys and test improvements
— Average Salary: €45/hour
— Peak season: June to September
