Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain at San Clemente Palace Venice. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of the hotel's guest services and facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Valid boat operator's license for Venice
• Relevant maritime certifications and a strong understanding of maritime laws and procedures
• Experience as a captain or on a similar vessel, including crew or deckhand experience, is also highly desired
• Customer service skills, communication skills, and the ability to handle emergencies
• Can handle and manage boats maintenance and repair procedures
• Identify the needs of the boat and assist the procurement
• Knowledge on navigation technologies
