In this role you support Euronext customers with specialist advisory and ensure high satisfaction, acting as a reference on operational and technology topics. You will manage client relationships, deliver trainings and webinars, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. You will contribute to changing the client experience through projects and capture feedback to drive improvements. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of finance, tech and client success, based in Milan with opportunities to travel and shape capital markets future.
