As Global PR & Talent Director, you shape the brand’s corporate communications, PR, VIP relations, and influencer ecosystem on a worldwide scale. You align messaging with the brand mission, values, and business goals while ensuring compelling storytelling across markets. You partner with senior leadership to manage reputation, navigate sensitive topics, and guide crisis response. This role offers impact‑building visibility for the brand and opportunities to influence culture, media, and creator communities globally.

• Define and lead the global corporate communication and PR strategy aligned to brand objectives
• Create messaging frameworks and ensure high‑impact storytelling across channels and markets
• Oversee executive visibility and corporate thought‑leadership programs
• Manage media relations, executive communication, public affairs, and strategic announcements
• Build relationships with international media, journalists, and opinion leaders
• Advise senior leadership on messaging and reputation risks; lead crisis and issues management with Legal and Compliance
• Develop and implement global VIP strategy; manage VIP relations, dressing, and product placement
• Oversee talent agents, stylists, designers, and partners; coordinate global product placements
• Lead global influence strategy across digital channels; develop community activations
• Identify KOLs and creators aligned with brand values; oversee influencer placement strategies
• Monitor impact of influencer and community programs and provide optimization insights
• Coordinate global PR, VIP, and influence agencies; ensure global‑local alignment
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership on major initiatives

Responsabilità

• 10+ years in Global PR, Corporate Communications, and Brand Reputation, luxury/fashion/lifestyle
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate global frameworks into local execution
• Established international network across media, talents, stylists, and cultural leaders
• Experience advising C-level executives on positioning, sensitive topics, and crisis management
• Deep understanding of influence, talent dressing, and digital community dynamics in a global context
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and agency coordination in multicultural settings
