In this role you will support the global merchandising function by analyzing trends, monitoring performance, and driving aligned cross‑functional initiatives. You will partner with Retail, Planning, Marketing and Product teams to translate data into actionable insights and coordinate global projects such as pops‑ups and store openings. The position sits within a fast‑paced luxury environment and offers visibility with senior leadership as you shape consistent execution across regions. You will help improve processes and reporting to enable informed, strategic decisions.

• Monitor performance vs. targets with Retail and Regions to identify risks and opportunities
• Lead alignment meetings to ensure clear communication and consistent execution across departments
• Drive cross‑functional projects and special initiatives, delivering high quality outputs and presentations
• Act as a connector across merchandising categories to align priorities, timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate critical retail projects (pop‑ups, store openings, zoning) and serve as the point of reference for Retail Merchandising
• Consolidate inputs from different teams to provide a global view of performance and initiatives
• Support ad hoc analyses and executive presentations with clear business storytelling
• Collaborate with Retail, Planning, Marketing, Product on key initiatives and priorities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting at WW level

Responsabilità

• 2–3 years in Retail Merchandising or similar roles in fashion/luxury
• Strong understanding of merchandising dynamics and product sensitivity
• Experience in performance monitoring and translating data into insights
• Cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management in an international environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects with alignment and timely execution
• Strong communication, capable of conveying messages across functions and levels
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive and collaborative
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools is a plus
• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
