Store Manager with Business Development Responsibilities
A Store Manager with business development responsibilities oversees daily retail operations while driving growth through market expansion, client relationship management, and sales target achievement. She/he leads staff, manages inventory, and develops strategies for long-term profitability, acting as the face of the business to increase market share and improve customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining safety/compliance standards.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop sales plans to achieve targets, and analyze sales data to improve performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase loyalty and revenue.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales consultants to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Implement marketing strategies and attend industry events/trade shows to build brand presence.
- Monitor budget, manage costs, and prepare financial reports for management.
