As a Brand Ambassador for Hublot, you will hold full responsibility for the boutique and report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager Italy & Marketing Manager Eastern Mediterranean, who oversees the Italian market.

Job responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional client experience and hospitality
  • Ensuring adherence to defined sales and marketing budgets
  • Managing stock ordering and visual merchandising
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the team; contributing to recruitment decisions
  • Onboarding and training sales staff
  • Setting and evaluating performance objectives for the boutique and team members
  • Overseeing all administrative aspects of the boutique
  • Managing staff schedules and holiday planning
  • Ensuring optimal boutique infrastructure and operations
  • Collaborating closely with After‑Sales, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Maintaining regular communication with senior management, including monthly performance analysis and reporting
  • Preparing client insights and competitor analyses
  • Organizing local events from planning through execution and follow‑up
  • Increasing Hublot’s brand visibility, including developing marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager

Profile

  • Commercial background with relevant further education; proven experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, or extensive experience working with a demanding clientele (e.g. in high‑end hospitality)
  • Experience with international clientele is an advantage
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g. French) are a plus
  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Strong flexibility, commitment, and organizational skills
  • High resilience and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Strong affinity for luxury products and a keen sense for premium presentation standards
