For our Flagship store in Milan Montenapoleone, we are looking for an experienced MTO/Master Tailor based in the Milan boutique, who will also operate in an itinerant capacity across the retail network.

Job Description

Provide customers with a high quality service by satisfying their needs and expectations when requesting garment customization and spreading the philosophy and culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
• Provide an excellent service in garment customization proposals, respecting and satisfying customer requests
• Serve customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
• Establish a good group dynamics, through efficient communication
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
• Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies

Key Requirements

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury
• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
• Technical expertise in garment tailoring management.
• Ability to drive and exceed individual and store result, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers attitude
• Ability to adapt to different customers
• Team-playing attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
