Position: Local Branch & Service Management Specialist

Zoomlion is a global manufacturer of construction machinery and industrial equipment, with a rapidly expanding presence in Europe. Our product portfolio includes cranes, aerial work platforms, excavators, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize our local branch operations. This role combines administrative, warehouse, and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth branch functioning and excellent service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch setup and operations, including lease agreements, budget planning, expense control, and invoice processing.
- Implement and monitor branch management policies, compliance requirements, and 6S workplace standards; oversee asset inventory and facility inspections/maintenance.
- Supervise warehouse operations for main equipment and spare parts, including inbound/outbound processing, stocktaking, and inventory accuracy checks.
- Coordinate daily interactions with customers, landlords, and external partners to maintain strong working relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, administrative support, or branch operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with 6S or similar workplace management standards is a plus.
