Branch Rental Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up branch offices, including signing lease agreements, preparing cost budgets, controlling expenses, processing invoices, and handling expense reimbursements;
- Communicating, implementing, and monitoring compliance with the branch office’s management systems and compliance requirements, as well as on-site 6S management; Inventory of branch assets, as well as inspection and repair reporting for the premises’ equipment;
- Goods receipt and shipment, inventory taking, and verification of the standardization of inventory processes and the consistency between book inventory and actual stock;
- Reception of customers and external parties, daily liaison, and collaboration with landlords and partners
Requirements:
- A college degree or equivalent in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, business administration, or a related field is required. A moderate level of relevant professional experience is required. Experience with SAP and other ERP systems as a superuser is a plus.
