Responsibilities

• Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone, chat and e‑mail.
• E‑commerce and after‑sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or experience in e‑commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.

Contract: Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.
