About the position
The Brand Coordinator supports the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen market presence, ensure brand consistency, and drive sales performance. This role works closely with internal departments, dealerships, and external partners to coordinate brand communications and marketing campaigns aligned with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key liaison between headquarters and local teams, ensuring clear alignment on brand strategy, priorities, and execution.
- Localize global brand strategies, campaigns, and messaging to effectively resonate with the local market while preserving brand identity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams (digital, media, PR, etc.) to deliver cohesive, integrated brand campaigns.
- Ensure all localized assets and communications strictly adhere to global brand guidelines while meeting local and compliance requirements.
- Arranging and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to provide actionable recommendations for brand optimization.
- Share local market insights and performance updates to support global decision‑making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in brand coordination or marketing functions in automotive industry, preferably in OEM
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian both spoken and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong attention to detail and brand awareness
