Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Brand Go-To-Market Development Specialist – Fixed Term to join KIKO MILANO’s Global Brand Team, reporting to the Global Brand Go-To-Market Development Manager.
Such talent supports the execution of global brand strategies and 360° campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels and markets, coordinating cross-functional workflows and asset delivery to guarantee timely and aligned campaign rollouts.
In particular, you will:
- Support the development and execution of global brand strategies and 360° campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and markets.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the global marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across functions and timely execution of activities.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to guarantee asset and messaging consistency across Media, PR, digital, retail and CRM channels.
- Support the definition, coordination and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.
- Assist in the management of creative & communication agency workflows, supporting briefing preparation, creativity definition, follow-ups, shooting preparation & execution and delivery tracking for all marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely production and approval of campaign materials across channels.
- Support the release and monitoring of digital and visual merchandising content, ensuring readiness and alignment with campaign timelines.
- Coordinate the development of store materials (e.g., panels, visuals, in-store communication) ensuring quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Track deadlines and support approval processes to guarantee smooth rollout across markets.
- Support the integration of collaboration initiatives and special projects into global marketing plans.
- Support the preparation of launch presentation materials and approval decks for key stakeholders.
- Drive the scouting of brand and artist collaboration opportunities to amplify and enrich marketing launch initiatives
What you will need to succeed
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
- +2/3 years experience in global marketing role, preferably in the fashion, retail, beauty industry
- Previous experience in brand marketing, campaign coordination or go-to-market processes , preferably within retail, beauty or FMCG environments.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage timelines, track activities and support reporting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple activities and reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
