Essity262839**Brand Manager Continence Care Italy**For our office in Legnano (Milan) and within our BU Personal Care, we are looking for a passionate Brand Manager for our TENA Brand, **responsible for Italy market**, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Continence Care for Iberia, Italy and Switzerland**.****About the Role**As Brand Manager Continence Care, you will manage the implementation of the Marketing Strategy for the TENA Brand in Italy, ensuring delivery of sales and market share targets through effective execution and alignment with global guidelines.**What You Will Do*** **Brand Strategy & Business Ownership:** Own the brand managing P&L and driving brand growth and profitable market share development* **Planning & Budget Management:** Lead annual brand planning and manage A&P budget allocation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and alignment with global strategy* **Campaign Activation & Innovation:** Execute brand campaigns and product innovations, ensuring proper activation, tracking performance and managing the full lifecycle including phase in/out* **Product & Portfolio Management:** Manage assortment, pricing and product strategy, collaborating with global and cross-functional teams* **Consumer & Market Insights:** Capture and translate consumer and customer insights into actionable initiatives and provide feedback to global teams* **Media & Digital Strategy:** Define and execute media plans with focus on digital and paid media effectiveness**Who You Are*** University Degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field of study* You have at least 4 years of experience in Brand Management or similar Marketing roles within a complex FMCG environment* Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory* Experience in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies, combined with a good understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics and key brand performance drivers* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market data tools (e.g. Nielsen or IRI), as well as Excel and PowerPoint* Good team collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a sense of ownership, supporting effective stakeholder alignment and the successful delivery of brand initiatives* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders**What We Can Offer You**Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
