Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you will implement brand strategy aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and achieve business objectives. You will also support profit and loss management, future business development, new product development, and platform opportunities.
How You Will Contribute
You will execute brand strategies, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will recommend integrated commercial plans and support the development of marketing strategies to meet revenue and profit targets, leveraging consumer insights, brand positioning, and campaign development.

Responsibilities include:
- Localize Philadelphia’s brand equity with strategic and tactical actions reflecting its positioning and purpose
- Develop 3-year marketing plans aligned with company and country vision
- Use insights and trends to refine brand strategy
- Lead and develop 360° activation programs, coordinate with stakeholders, and maximize media impact
- Manage portfolio and innovation strategies, including new product go-to-market plans
- Handle P&L responsibilities, budget planning, and market analysis
The right person for the job:
- University degree and MBA or Master’s degree
- 4-5 years of brand management experience, preferably in FMCG
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial skills
- Excellent influencing and project management abilities
- Fluent in English and Italian
