About the role

Reporting to the Category Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development of the assigned brand through the achievement of specific growth objectives.

As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic marketing team, you will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities across the full marketing mix and will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy/plans for the assigned brand
  • Work with other functions to develop and execute successful Brand Plans to deliver net revenue, gross margin, market share and profit targets within timescales and budget
  • Fuel future innovation pipeline with consumer centric mindset, in conjunction with global category coordinating the development process until in market launch
  • Deliver Best in Class media strategy and plans in cooperation with Media Manager and Media Agency Partners; develop communication campaigns and deliver local adaptations of global campaigns, leading and coordinating external agencies.
  • Monitor market and brand performance and provide monthly business reports and reviews
  • Ensure excellence in brand execution across all activation levers and channels partnering with the Trade Marketing team and key commercial stakeholders, identifying trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing promotion and distribution strategies
  • Ensure deployment of brand activation, clearly communicating brand vision and priorities via quarterly presentation of brand strategy and activation to Sales teams
  • Utilize category and consumer insight to identify growth opportunities and drive innovative marketing initiatives
  • P&L accountability

The experience we're looking for

  • MSc Degree in Economics
  • 4/5 years of experience in Marketing in the FMCG sector, Fluency in English
  • Financial and analytical acumen and P&L management
