Brand Identity Lead Consultant / Project-Based


Location: Milan | Brera | Hybrid

As we prepare to redefine our brand's next chapter, we seek a Senior Brand Strategy Advisor

A visionary branding consultant to help us reimagine and relaunch our image across all platforms and touchpoints worldwide.



The Mission


This is a unique opportunity to take an established luxury name and evolve it into a modern, design-forward, globally resonant brand . We’re not looking for someone to just refresh a logo, we want someone who will help us craft an identity that leads the future of luxury .



You will:


  • Audit the current brand presence
  • Redefine the visual identity, tone of voice, and emotional narrative
  • Lead creation of a cohesive brand system (guidelines, storytelling, digital)
  • Consult on website, social, and employer branding
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives, including a new and modern web agency, to reshape and refresh our image
  • Guide rollout strategy and cross-market consistency



You must have:


  • Strong and solid background in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or creative luxury branding
  • Portfolio demonstrating timeless design, modern elegance, and brand intelligence
  • Strategic thinking — not just a designer, but a storyteller
  • Proven experience working with multi-market or international brands
  • Experience with employer branding and internal brand engagement
  • Previous work with a luxury travel brand, hospitality projects, hotels
  • Elegant attitude, ability to recognize fake, cheap, or real luxury
  • Mother tongue English or bilingual

Must have:

Attended a recognised university and master's, globally known for excellence in Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Luxury Branding
