Brand Identity Lead Consultant / Project-Based

Our new executive office in Milan supports our team of executives, marketing, and creative talents. We orchestrate private and extraordinary moments for a global UHNW clientele and top-tier travel designers and advisors.

As we prepare to redefine our brand's next chapter, we seek a Senior Brand Strategy Advisor — a visionary branding consultant to help us reimagine and relaunch our image across all platforms and touchpoints worldwide.

The Mission

This is a unique opportunity to evolve an established luxury brand into a modern, design-forward, globally resonant identity. We’re not just looking for a logo refresh but someone who can craft an identity that leads the future of luxury.

You will :

  1. Audit the current brand presence
  2. Redefine the visual identity, tone of voice, and emotional narrative
  3. Lead creation of a cohesive brand system (guidelines, storytelling, digital)
  4. Consult on website, social media, and employer branding
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives, including a modern web agency, to reshape and refresh our image
  6. Guide rollout strategy and ensure cross-market consistency

You must have :

  1. Strong and solid background in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or creative luxury branding
  2. Portfolio demonstrating timeless design, modern elegance, and brand intelligence
  3. Strategic thinking — a storyteller, not just a designer
  4. Proven experience working with multi-market or international brands
  5. Experience with employer branding and internal brand engagement
  6. Previous work with luxury travel brands, hotels, or hospitality projects
  7. An elegant attitude and the ability to recognize authentic luxury
  8. Mother tongue English or bilingual proficiency

Must have :

  1. High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
  2. Attended a recognized university with a master's degree, known for excellence in Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Luxury Branding
  3. Reside in Milan, actively living an energetic personal life in the city
