Who we are looking for?
We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated Building Survey Trainee to support our Building & Project Consultancy team at our Corporate Office in Milan.
The ideal joiner has:
- Master Degree in Civil or Building Engineering or Architecture;
- Italian mother tongue;
- Fluent in English;
- Highly competent and skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel;
- Clear written and verbal communication style;
- CAD drawing desirable.

What will be your daily activities?
As Building Survey Trainee at Savills you will support the team members in the following activities:
- Managing building project work predominately from private clients, private managed estates and large institutional clients;
- Data room organisation and collection;
- Preparing presentation, update track record;
- Undertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reports;
- Property area measurement according to international Standards;
- Interested in technical due diligence, project monitoring, cost assessment process;
- Supporting the preparation of tender documentation including preparation of construction details, schedules, specification of works for repair, alteration, property renovation and new build projects;
- Consistently delivering high performance.
In addition to the tasks described above, you may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
