Bus bu sales planning manager

We are currently looking for a Sales Planning Manager to join our Iveco Bus team. The main responsibilities are: 1/ PO Requested definition Discuss medium/short term market needs and forecast for BUS BU Validate forecast with Tender department Develop a PO taking in consideration market needs, building production requirement leveraging on the stock 2/ PO Allocated definition Discuss with BUS Manufacturing best plant scenarios to cover Commercial Demand Analyze with Finance different scenarios Allocate the deltas (Requested vs Confirmed volumes) across markets minimizing impacts on Sales and Stocks Present and discuss analyzed scenarios to Management in order to get final blessing 3/ Execution Monitor the coherence of actuals versus plan proposed Order Entry coherence monitoring to avoid shortages in Order Collection or defining allocations in case of capacity constraints Work on VANx VAN priorities to secure quarter results Monitor Stocks and define actions to reduce it 4/ New Planning Tool Follow implementation of the New Planning Tool Involve key markets in Requirement collections (PK, product, allocations, leadtimes,...) You will have to : Data gathering and trend analysis for strategic KPIs to drive business decisions. Demand planning: consolidation, discussion and assessment of market's forecast to define central targets to reach budget/forecast results. Plan Reconciliation: matching supply and demand plans with financial considerations and industrial constraints to optimize production capacity and revenues. Inventory management: monitoring of company/channel stock levels with particular attention on aged one. Order entry coherence: monitoring of consistency between forecast, order intake and commercial allocations. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related fiel minimum of five years experience in a data collection and analysis position may be advantageou Capability to work independently delivering expected results, coordinating with other department Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in a global environmen Results-oriented, self-confident, self-motivated, takes initiative, persistent attitud Skilled in balancing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment with tact and diplomac Excellent organizational and technical skills (Office package Ability to translate needs into concrete conten Must have polished presentation and interpersonal skill Fluent in English
