Bushings Sales Specialist

In this role, you will drive the Inquiry-to-Order process for the Bushings product line, combining technical insight with commercial focus. You’ll support Regional Account Managers and the Product Sales Team to deliver technically sound and customer-focused proposals. You will shape solutions by coordinating costing, lead times, and technical specifications, ensuring a smooth handover to execution. The position sits within a global sales team and collaborates with Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering. This is a hands‑on opportunity to influence product customization and contribute to GE Vernova’s electrification mission.

• Manage the full Inquiry-to-Order process from technical definition to costing and price generation
• Provide technical input and commercial coordination for customer proposals
• Define technical solutions that meet customer specs in collaboration with Tendering
• Set product costing and lead times with Procurement and Supply Chain
• Track technical specifications and costing data to support contract execution
• Support smooth handover into the OTR phase for product customization and implementation
• Resolve technical and commercial issues and elevate complex cases when needed

Responsabilità

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills (Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering)
• Ability to translate customer specifications into practical technical solutions
• Experience in costing, quotation preparation, and lead time definition
• Good command of English; Italian is an advantage
• Interest in the electrical industry; experience in power transmission or distribution is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adherence to procedures
