Business Analysis & Optimization Intern
Department: Coffee Buying Dept
Location: IT, IT
Recruiting for a 6‑month full‑time internship at our HQ in Turin.
Overview The selected candidate will contribute to the management of administrative and operational processes related to green coffee purchasing and sales activities, while providing analytical support to reporting, business improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects in an international environment.
Responsibilities
Support the management and review of green coffee purchase contracts
Assist in supplier master data maintenance and certification tracking
Support sales order and invoice issuance activities related to claims, penalties and non‑compliant coffee
Monitor payment collections and support overdue follow‑up activities
Support project management and continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Collaborate with Purchasing, Responsible Sourcing, Logistics and Accounting teams on operational topics
Qualifications
Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship starting July or September 2026
Fluent in Italian and English
Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics
Precise, organized with a proactive mindset
