Job Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring market, performance and process analyses to support the setting and management of Transformation & Strategy Department activities geared toward the evolution and innovation of the company's business strategy and organizational model.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate business intelligence of market trends and competitor behavior through online and offline sources from an omnichannel perspective.
• Monitor performance and process analysis in accordance with the company's revenue and profitability goals.
• Support organizational changes with a view to continuous improvement and updating of business processes through control actions, analysis and modeling.

Qualifications

• Supports the Manager through the creation of analysis frameworks that consider stakeholders’ interests and commercial needs.
• Monitors direct and indirect competitors and analyzes internal and external phenomena to create reference benchmarks.
• Consolidates data and prepares reports to support strategic management decisions.
• Develops models and tools for analysis, monitoring and implementation of corporate processes aligned with strategy evolution.
• Conducts feasibility studies and cost‑benefit analyses for proposed initiatives at organizational and business development levels.
• Monitors actual performance versus plan, proposing corrective actions to maximize sales and profits.

Additional Information

• STEM degree (Engineering/Economics/Finance/Mathematics)
• Highly quantitative and analytical mindset
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau (optional)
• Result‑oriented, proactive, able to conquer complexity with a creative problem‑solving mindset
