Business Analyst Lead

Overview

In this FP&A leadership role, you will drive planning, forecasting and performance analysis for Sales, Costs and Opex across business units. You partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver insightful analyses that inform strategic decisions and ROI. You will own AOP and MYR coordination, SAP BW/BPC reporting, and the development of digital dashboards to support management. You will operate in a cross‑functional, data‑driven environment that shapes commercial tactics and financial discipline.

• Support annual planning processes for Sales, Costs and Opex including timetable management and report preparation


• Act as core business partner to the Sales Team, providing periodical and ad‑hoc analyses to drive commercial decisions


• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly Sales and Opex reports to aid business control


• Provide financial input to support BU strategies, tactics and ROI evaluation


• Lead SAP BW and BPC report development


• Present at management and sales meetings and contribute to ad‑hoc reviews/projects


• Manage external data sets (Market Data, Sales OUT‑Sell IN Data) and ensure quality reports/dashboards for Marketing and Sales


• Drive process improvements and policy developments in line with financial regulations and company policies


• Take on reasonable duties as required

Responsabilità

• Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent


• 5 years’ experience


• Business intelligence and data analysis expertise


• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance and data analysis


• Stakeholder management experience across Sales and Marketing


• Corporate/Divisional and BU experience


• Fluent English (written and spoken)
