Role and Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Analyst role will have the opportunity to be involved in international projects for multinational corporations, coordinate team resources, provide their experience and skills both as functional competencies and as technical competencies in configuring and implementing SAP modules or other technologies in the Controlling Area.

The resource will be assigned to our Financial Performance Business Unit.

In parallel, the resource is expected to be involved in the business development of the business unit, helping the BU leader in creating new offerings, scouting new prospects and evaluating new opportunities for possible new prospects.

Working on digital transformation and business process re-engineering projects, you will be involved in the following main activities :

• Process analysis : Collecting and analysing business requirements to define and implement operating models.
• Process redesign : Conducting functional analysis and system customisation to support project implementation and development. Reviewing system functionalities based on current configuration and/or technical specifications.
• Process automation : Utilising disruptive technologies such as drones, interconnected solutions, dashboards, big data, and cloud to automate processes and standardise procedures.
• Business process optimisation : Assisting in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms, ranging from model and process design to implementation.
• Creating presentations to effectively communicate with business references OR stakeholders.
• Conducting training sessions for key users and providing post-go-live support.

Qualifications:

Technical and functional skills:

• Previous experience in consulting firms
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English is a must .
• Master's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Business Administration and Economics
• Strong interest in business processes, technology and Industry 5.0
• Strong knowledge of SAP CO and its submodules
• Knowledge of ABAP language or other programming languages is an asset.
• Years of experience in SAP projects
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong interest in Business Processes and Technology
