We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the evolution and rollout of a Transport Management Systems (TMS) based on Oracle OTM.

Serving a global logistics operator within the MSC group, the role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, translating operational needs into clear functional requirements and supporting solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document As-Is transport and intermodal processes; design To-Be processes aligned with global standards.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Support TMS configuration, testing (SIT, UAT), go‑live, and hyper‑care activities.
• Act as functional reference for stakeholders during deployments and stabilization.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between HQ, agencies, and IT teams.
• Contribute to training activities, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Requisiti

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Solid understanding of intermodal and transport management processes .
• Hands‑on experience with TMS solutions (Oracle OTM is a strong plus).
• Experience in multi‑country or large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with system integrations and data flows; SQL or API knowledge is a plus.

Languages & Mobility

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel as required.
