G-nous Tech is looking for a Business Co-founder, to drive strategic growth and shape innovative development roadmaps in collaborative robotics and AI, leading business development, forge key partnerships, and champion market penetration for our cutting-edge solutions.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


Business development & Sales

  • Define and implement commercial and business development strategy.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, building and maintaining strategic relationships with industrial companies, system integrators, and robotics suppliers.
  • Structure and optimize the sales model, with a focus on SaaS/EaaS/services for collaborative robotics, computer vision and AI, and on the commercialization of solutions.
  • Explore strategic partnership opportunities with companies, universities, research centers, and startup accelerators.

Strategy and growth

  • Contribute to the strategic vision of the startup, supporting the development of product roadmaps.
  • Define performance metrics (KPIs) and oversee the execution of growth strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and new business models in collaborative robotics and AI.
  • Structure and lead fundraising rounds, negotiating with institutional investors, supported by G-nous

Business management

  • Build and manage a business team, hiring key talents.
  • Coordinate corporate functions (Finance, HR, Marketing).
  • Represent G-nous Tech at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Manage negotiation aspects with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure the startup complies with regulations and compliance in the robotics and AI sector.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, business development, and commercial management, in robotics, industrial automation, or AI sector.
  • Negotiation and fundraising skills, with experience in raising investments for deep tech startups.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, EaaS, software licensing, hardware, and system integration business models.
  • Background in economics, engineering, business administration, or similar.
  • Consolidated network in the industrial, manufacturing, robotics, and VC sectors.
  • Excellent public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills for investors/clients.
  • Experience in the growth of tech startups or scale-ups.

COMPENSATION


  • A fixed compensation to be determined based on available funds and the startup's growth phase.
  • A progressive equity plan, to be agreed upon based on the candidate's profile and skills.
