Job Responsibilities

  1. Under the instruction of the Client Services and Operations Director, manage the day-to-day activities of the team, improve efficiency through process streamlining, coordinate assigned tasks, and foster effective communication.
  2. Monitor, check, and sign off on all administrative work carried out by the team.
  3. Upon escalation and request by the team, liaise directly with clients not serviced by the front office team.
  4. Support the broader Corporate team with assistance on CDD review and collection.
  5. Maintain knowledge of Cayman UBO register filings, company and trust administration, anti-money laundering compliance, and relevant legislation.
  6. Ensure team workloads are completed to high standards within agreed timescales, fulfilling client service objectives.
  7. Liaise with Competent Authorities relevant to service provision.
  8. Maintain high data integrity in ViewPoint through systematic monitoring and correction of data input.
  9. Implement new or improved workflows for ViewPoint usage in service delivery.
  10. Keep internal ViewPoint user guidelines up to date.
  11. Compile and maintain team statistics and report to the Client Services and Operations Director.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business or law, or a minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience.
  • Good knowledge of corporate administration; preferably ICSA qualified.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cayman AML regulations.
  • Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with MS Word, Outlook, DMS, corporate administration databases; strong ViewPoint knowledge preferred.
  • Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including command of the English language.
