We are looking for a Business Consultant & Customer Success Consultant to support customer onboarding and ensure ongoing success after Go-Live for our AI-driven Planning & Pricing SaaS platform, including AI-based demand forecasting and optimizations. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating value, and providing technical and functional expertise post-sales. The ideal candidate has a background in business consulting, merchandise planning, pricing strategies, BI, or AI analytics, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Centric is expanding in the fashion, sports, beauty, and home markets with solutions in Product Lifecycle Management, Market Intelligence & Trends, and Planning & Pricing. The Planning & Pricing Business Unit is a fast-growing, innovative team, working remotely from various countries worldwide. We seek talented individuals to help propel our growth in AI-powered planning, pricing, and market intelligence solutions.
The role reports to the VP of Customer Success Consulting - BU Planning & Pricing.
Responsibilities:
- Own and develop a portfolio of 5-10 customers.
- Serve as the subject matter expert during onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Collaborate with solution architects, data science, engineering, and project managers to deliver tailored solutions.
- Create comprehensive business blueprints, mapping structures and processes onto our platform.
- Identify gaps and opportunities; optimize customer processes and recommend improvements.
- Provide feedback to product teams for enhancements.
- Conduct deep analyses of markdowns and inventory, understanding AI models and customer acceptance.
- Build strategic relationships and develop long-term roadmaps.
- Manage key activities like QBRs, trainings, change requests, and upgrades.
- Visit customers remotely or onsite as needed.
- Work with Customer Support to ensure satisfaction and conduct surveys (NPS).
- Monitor and improve customer success processes.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up internally.
- Coordinate with sales for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Improve project, service, and requirements management processes.
- Track customer-specific efforts accurately.
What You Bring:
- Degree in business, management, merchandising, or related field.
- Experience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably in fashion & lifestyle.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Solution-oriented with good communication skills and customer focus.
- Driven, eager to learn, and challenge-ready.
- Comfortable in SaaS environments and hierarchical communication.
- Ability to translate business processes into solution designs and roadmaps.
- Business-fluent English; other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with Office and Business Intelligence tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; primarily remote service.
- Enjoy working in a diverse, multi-national team.
