We are looking for a candidate to join the AWP & Gaming Product team as a Business Contract Concessionaire Specialist - maternity replacement contract. Key responsibilities:
Managing census, changes, implementation, and resolution procedures for the AWP and VLT areas using the Kofax system. Handling documentation with digital signatures using Infocert's Gosign application. Managing the Group's certified emails for both concessionaires. Supporting Business Units and internal/external clients with everything related to document management. Managing reports on the progress of AWP and VLT client contracts. Management of equipment cancellations, warnings, and, more generally, incoming and outgoing communications. Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Organizational and task-management skills; Effective communication e Problem-solving skills Strong teamwork skills; The following are considered desirable:
Previous experience in similar roles, especially in contract and document management Basic knowledge of the business in the Gaming sector Knowledge of industry regulations. What you’ll find at Lottomatica:

A maternity replacement contract part time (75%). Continuous training on both hard and soft skills. Gross annual salary commensurate with experience (€26k–€28k full time equivalent).
