For our offices in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Business Development and Bid Assistant to join our New Initiatives Unit (Acquisition and Tender Department). He/She will be involved in numerous activities relating to the design-execution process for projects both in Italy and abroad. 


Key Responsibilities:

·       Explore new initiatives, tenders, calls, etc.

·       Identify potential new clients

·       Produce pitch presentations

·       Assist in preparing technical proposals and responding to calls/ tenders

·       Liaise with communication department, with project teams, and contribute proactively to the development of new business opportunities

·       Update and manage the internal acquisition and bid database


Education:

‒      BSc. or MSc. degree in or Architecture or Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (or equivalent)


Experience:

‒      1 to 3 years work experience in the industry

Skills:

‒      Good knowledge of English is required, and knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus

‒      Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
