About the Role
This is a founding GTM role. You'll work directly with the Director of Go-To-Market and the Founders to build our commercial engine and grow our presence in the European AI governance market.
Prospecting & Outbound
- Identify and qualify target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms
- Build and maintain lists of target companies, decision-makers, and relevant stakeholders
- Own outbound sequences — research, personalization, follow-up — across LinkedIn and email to generate qualified meetings
Sales Enablement
- Support preparation for prospect meetings and discovery calls: research, briefing documents, pitch materials, and follow-up actions
- Help create and refine commercial pitch decks, one-pagers, and messaging for different customer segments
Content & Thought Leadership
- Produce high-quality content (LinkedIn posts, blog articles, short papers) focused on AI governance, AI risk, and compliance
- Use content strategically to generate inbound leads and position Principled Intelligence as an authority in AI governance
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct research to identify potential customers, strategic partners, and relevant industry segments
- Analyze target markets, regulatory environments, and competitive positioning in the AI governance ecosystem
- Support the team in defining outreach strategies and prioritizing target accounts
GTM Operations
- Help set up and optimize tools for outreach, lead tracking, and CRM management
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and contribute to rapid iteration typical of early-stage startups

Ideal profile
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or GTM — ideally in tech or SaaS
- Fluent in English and Italian (other European languages are a plus)
- Excellent writing skills and can craft clear, compelling messages for technical and compliance audiences
- AI-enabled professional who leverages tools like Claude to multiply your productivity and autonomy
- Analytical mindset and can conduct structured market and company research
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
- Genuinely care about GenAI control and governance and want to work on a problem that matters
