We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ad Partnerships Director to lead our monetization efforts by developing and managing strategic advertising partnerships for our offerwall product. This role is vital for revenue generation and requires a deep understanding of the offerwall landscape, strong sales skills, and the ability to build key relationships with advertisers. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in ad sales, especially within offerwall and affiliate marketing sectors.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement an ad sales strategy for our offerwall product.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies.
• Manage and nurture existing relationships to maximize revenue and collaboration.
• Negotiate advertising rates and contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize ad performance and user experience.
• Monitor ad metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
• Forecast ad revenue and report regularly to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Understand our target audience and their preferences.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably in offerwall, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Proven success in exceeding ad revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of the offerwall ecosystem and key players.
• Existing industry contacts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Passion for digital advertising.
